A severe multi-car accident has left one person with serious injuries, and everyone else walking away unscathed, causing road closures on State Road and U.S. 301 in 
.
The accident happened at 9:55 a.m. on Saturday, June 2, west of Melrose.
According to the Melrose Fire Department, three vehicles and five people were involved in the accident.
One person was transported with serious injuries.
“Fortunately, it was a miracle that no one was critically injured, given the accident’s severity,” said one fire official.
The incident led to lane closures in the area. It is unknown at this time what caused the accident.
