Winn-Dixie welcomes customers to remodeled store

Last week, Winn-Dixie in Starke unveiled the results of its recent remodel.

Improvements included:

—New facade signage and a fresh, contemporary color palate and modern store signage inside.

—Newly updated farm-fresh produce department with an expanded selection of fruits and vegetables, including organic varieties.

—Newly expanded deli and expanded grab-and-go meal options for added convenience.

—Expanded bakery department with bread selections made fresh daily. 

—Refreshed meat department offering a wide selection of fresh meats.

—Updated full-service seafood department, offering shoppers fresh fish filet varieties on ice daily.

—Improved wine selection featuring an expanded selection of international wines.

—Expanded grocery selection with additional products and assortments.

—An in-store pharmacy with expert pharmacists available to answer any questions regarding health and prescriptions and a consultation room for comfortable, private immunizations.

A grand opening was held Sept. 15, complete with a ribbon cutting, entertainment and the presentation of a $1,000 donation to the Bradford Tornado Touchdown Club. The celebration continued over the weekend with entertainment and giveaways for customers to experience the store’s new look, expanded offerings and savings.
