STARKE— The Bradford County Sheriff’s Office said it has arrested a second Bradford High School coach this week.

Autumn Brooke Rodgers, 24, was arrested Wednesday afternoon for lewd and lascivious behavior, cruelty toward a child and lewdness or indecent exposure against a student by an authority figure.

Rodgers was released on a $125,000 bond less than an hour-and-a-half after her arrest.

According to a warrant affidavit released by the sheriff’s office, Rodgers went to the sheriff’s office on Tuesday and requested to speak with deputies about allegations made by parents that she was in an inappropriate relationship with a 16-year-old Bradford High School student.

Detective Kimberly Mosely wrote in the affidavit that during the interview, she asked Rodgers if she could look at her cell phone.

“Rodgers consented,” wrote Mosely, “then entered her password (and) handing it to me at that time.”

Mosely wrote that on Rodgers’s Snapchat app, in a section called “my eyes only” the detective found sexually explicit photos of Rodgers unclothed.

“The pictures were sent to (the victim) via Snapchat,” wrote Mosely. “When asked about the photos, Rodgers admitted sending them to (the victim).”

According to Mosely, Rodgers then admitted to having a sexual relationship with the victim beginning when the student was 15-years old.

Mosely added that the victim also confirmed the sexual relationship between herself and Rodgers, as well as receiving the Snapchat pictures from the defendant.

Rogers was a paraprofessional at Bradford Middle School in addition to coaching the high school weightlifting team. Her current employment status with the school district is unknown.

On Tuesday, former BHS volleyball coach Lanie Rodgers was arrested on similar charges.  The two women are not related.
