Indians sweep Tornadoes to end BHS win streak

Bradford brought a five-match winning streak to Keystone Heights, but it was the Indians who came out victorious, defeating the Tornadoes 3-0 (25-15, 25-12, 26-24) in a Sept. 30 varsity volleyball match.

The Tornadoes (6-8) were one point away from avoiding the sweep, but Keystone (11-8) scored three straight points with Jules Padgett serving to take the match. Kori Jennings scored the match-winning point.

Keystone travels to Lake Butler to play Union County on Monday, Oct. 4, at 6:30 p.m. and then hosts Interlachen on Tuesday, Oct. 5, at 6:30 p.m.

Bradford hosts West Nassau on Tuesday, Oct. 5, at 6:30 p.m.
