Students attend Ag Expo

Fifty Keystone Heights FFA members had the opportunity to interact with over 1,200 exhibitors showcasing the latest in farming technology at the Sunbelt Ag Expo in Moultrie, Ga.

KEYSTONE HEIGHTS— The Keystone Heights FFA traveled to Moultrie, Ga. on Wednesday, Oct. 20 to attend the Sunbelt Ag Expo. The Expo is known as North America’s Premier Farm Show and 50 Keystone Heights FFA members had the opportunity to interact with over 1,200 exhibitors showcasing the latest in farming technology.  

In addition, students could attend educational seminars and see live demonstrations of cotton, peanuts, corn, soybeans, and hay being harvested.  

Students also had the chance to visit representatives of agricultural colleges in the southeast such as the University of Florida, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, and the Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.
