Bond set at $3.35 million

STARKE— A 21-year-old Starke man was arrested for 29 counts of possession of child pornography and an equal number of charges for using a two-way communications device while committing felonies.
Justin Anthony Dwight Garrison is being held on a $3,350,000 bond.
According to an arrest report, on Nov. 30, the Bradford County Sheriff’s Office received a file from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children which contained the defendant’s name. The information claimed Garrison downloaded 29 images of suspected child pornography.
Arresting officer Michael Garmon wrote in the arrest report that the file also contained an email address, phone number and Snapchat user information linked to the defendant.
“Post Miranda,” Garmon wrote, “Justin admitted to having viewed videos which displayed children performing sexual acts.”
