Recent arrests in Bradford, Union and Clay 

Jan. 15 through Jan. 21 

The following individuals were arrested recently by local law enforcement officers in Bradford, Union or Clay (Keystone Heights-area) counties. All defendants are considered innocent until convicted in a court or until pleading guilty or no contest. Information in this report is from law enforcement agencies and court documents, which are public records.  

 

Bradford 

Scott Patrick Adkins, 42, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on Jan. 15 for DUI. 

 

Amr Mohamed Baleh, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested by Starke police on Jan. 17 for possession of drugs, possession of drug equipment and possession of marijuana.  

 

Bernard Vantaurous Beard, 35, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on Jan. 18 and Jan. 19 for possession of cocaine.  

 

Tristan Kahn Belanger, 22, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Bradford deputies on Jan. 18 for battery. 

 

Wayne Shontel Bright, 52, of Starke was arrested by Starke police on Jan. 18 for possession of cocaine and possession of drug equipment.  

 

Angela Tyree Caperton, 37, of Middleburg was arrested by Bradford deputies on Jan. 20 for a probation violation.  

 

Isabella Rae Chambless, 19, of Gainesville was arrested by Starke police on Jan. 20 for possession of cocaine.  

 

Thomas Mitchell Edwards, 70, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies for driving with a suspended or revoked license and possession of cocaine.  

 

Christopher Carl Fuller, 30, of Orange Park was arrested by Bradford deputies on Jan. 16 for fleeing and eluding, larceny, resisting an officer and escape.  

According to an arrest report, the defendant allegedly stole a cell phone and a PayPal scanner from a Starke retailer.  

Deputies located the defendant after he tried to withdraw funds from the victim’s PayPal account using his own name and location at the Bradford Motel and Campground.  

A woman in an RV on the campground told a deputy that the defendant escaped the RV through an open window when they arrived, but officers later found the man hiding in a bed frame within the camper. 

 

Tanner Chad Griffin, 22, of Middleburg was arrested by Starke police on Jan. 16 for driving with a suspended or revoked license, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, possession of drugs, trafficking amphetamine, fraud and out-of-county warrants.  

 

Shantel Tonjia Latrice Guion, 29, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on Jan. 18 for a probation violation.  

 

Adrian Antwon Hankerson, 37, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on Jan. 15 for driving with a suspended or revoked license.  

 

Alaina Rae Lilly, 31, of Green Cove Springs was arrested by Bradford deputies on Jan. 18 for failure to appear. 

 

Dawn Noel MacLeod, 34, of Lawtey was arrested by Lawtey police on Jan. 15 for resisting an officer. 

 

Cody Allen Summerlin, 29, of Valdosta, Georgia was arrested by Bradford deputies on Jan. 21 for a probation violation and failure to appear. 

 

Debbie Lelitha Walker, 58, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Starke police on Jan. 15 for an out-of-county warrant.  

 

Union 

Tiffany Anne Braddock, 30, of Starke was arrested by Union deputies on Jan. 18 for an out-of-county warrant. 

 

Harold Lewis Brooks, 45, of Alachua was arrested by Union deputies on Jan. 20 for failure to appear.  

 

Kirstain Reneigh Todd, 21, of Lake Butler was arrested by Union deputies on Jan. 20 for an out-of-county warrant.  

 

Clay 

Cali Shai Bergandi, 36, was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone Heights on Jan. 21 for and out-of-county warrant. 

 

William David Clardy, 68, was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone Heights on Jan. 16 for domestic battery. 

According to an arrest report, the defendant’s wife told deputies the two had been drinking tequila all day while watching television. After the pair started arguing, he punched her in the face.  

The defendant told arresting officer J.S. Wright that he and the victim were laying on the couch watching T.V., when she started kicking him with her feet. “He said she would not stop pushing him and kicking him with her legs,” wrote Wright, “so he had to punch her in the eye to get her to stop annoying him.” 

 

Dyllan Brad Page, 18, was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone Heights on Jan. 15 for possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug equipment.
