There will be a reunion of Debra Bailey’s former music and chorus students on Saturday, Feb. 12, from 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. in the Lake Butler Middle School cafeteria. Bailey would love to see her students from the 1980s and 1990s.
Bailey and her husband, Stan, never had children of their own, so now as they approach their Bailey would like to touch base again with some of “her kids” from the past. She will be bringing pictures, programs and memories to share from those days. She hopes to be able to play portions of some of the concerts, programs and musicals she directed as well.
Perhaps there will be some community singing, too.
Former students Joel Norman, Amanda (Pinder) Moore, Josh Singletary and Stacey (Thornton) Kingsbury are helping with the event.
