STARKE— A Florahome woman was sentenced to three years in prison for having sex with a Hampton teenager.
Rosalita Maria Greaner, 41, of Florahome pleaded no contest to lewd assault on a child between 12 and 16 years of age.
According to an arrest report, the defendant was caught having sex with the minor on May 28, 2021, in a home on County Road 18 in Hampton.
Greaner was employed by the victim’s family as a Certified Nursing Assistant to care for a disabled member of the family.
Greaner first admitted to deputies she had sex with the teen several times, then claimed the victim first raped her and then beat her daily.
The victim said the six occasions of intercourse between the two were all consensual.
A witness told deputies the victim’s family members asked the pair on several occasions if they were involved intimately, due to the way they acted around each other, but the couple denied any romantic relationship.
