The following individuals were arrested recently by local law enforcement officers in Bradford, Union or Clay (Keystone Heights-area) counties. All defendants are considered innocent until convicted in a court or until pleading guilty or no contest. Information in this report is from law enforcement agencies and court documents, which are public records.
Bradford
Kasey Randall Brooks, 25, of Hampton was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 14 for possession of cocaine.
Erick John Burch, 25, of Hampton was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 14 for failing to register a residence by a sexual offender.
Tyler Jason Caldwell, 40, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 18 for a probation violation.
Carter Jesse Bryant, 31, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 14 for a probation violation and an out-of-county warrant.
Erik Tavon Clemons, 29, of Hawthorne was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 13 for an out-of-county warrant, DUI, selling marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment.
Christopher Lee Crawford, 34, of Lawtey was arrested by Starke police on March 16 for a probation violation.
Abby Gail Davis, 20, of Lake Butler was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 16 for probation violations.
Shawn Matthew Eiserman, 33, of Lake Butler was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 17 for a probation violation.
Abigail Loren Farrer, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 14 for possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment.
Lavin Jerome Fayson, 67, of Lawtey was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 13 for possession of cocaine, possession of drug equipment, assault, aggravated battery and false imprisonment.
Robert Olin Fulgham, 47, of Lawtey was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 16 for driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Daqwan Deshawn Hankerson, 22, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 17 for cruelty toward a child.
Zachary Dustin Hurt, 21, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 16 for failure to appear.
Luis Armando Lainez Cerna, 37, of Wesley Chapel was arrested by Lawtey police on March 14 for an out-of-county warrant.
Warren Mitriese Lee, 31, of Starke was arrested by Starke police on March 12 for battery.
Makayla McKenzie Lewis, 26, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 12 for DUI.
Glen Dale Magyari, 32, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 17 for failure to appear.
Anthony Copeland Martin, 59, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 12 for battery and false imprisonment.
According to an arrest report, on July 23, 2021, the defendant attempted to sexually assault the victim by biting her breast and pulling down her shorts. The defendant blocked the door of the room cutting off the victim’s escape. After the victim pushed the defendant away, the defendant left the room.
Karen Munoz, 24, of Hudson was arrested by Lawtey police on March 13 for an out-of-county warrant.

Zodia Sadie Robbins, 31, of Jacksonville was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 15 for an out-of-county warrant.
John Daniel Shuford, 33, of Lawtey was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 16 for assault, resisting an officer, possession of drugs and possession of drug equipment.
Union
Halle Mycal Collins, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested by Union deputies on March 12 for child neglect.
According to an arrest report, on Nov. 22, 2021, the defendant left a 1-year-old child unsupervised in a camper while the defendant went to a convenience store.
Cody Smith, 28, was arrested by Union deputies on March 14 for smuggling contraband into a prison.
Amanda Clark Anderson, 37, of Raiford was arrested by Union deputies on March 15 for battery.
Stephon Mikhail Ballou, 18, of Branford was arrested by Union deputies on March 17 for an out-of-county warrant.
Roger Dale Cothran, 25, of Lake City was arrested by Union deputies on March 14 for driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Jonathan Bela Fernandez-Herak, 30, of Key West was arrested by Union deputies on March 14 for battery and child neglect.
According to court papers, on July 10, 2019, the defendant was a supervisor at the Sequel Juvenile Detention Facility in Raiford, when three residents attacked another resident. Facility staff, including the defendant stood by and did nothing until the 13-year-old victim was struck in the eye, causing the victim to lose 40% of his vision in the eye,
James Mannon Goff, 35, of Lake Butler was arrested by Union deputies on March 15 for disorderly intoxication.
Rylan Kelly Griffis, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested by Union deputies on March 15 for a probation violation.
Denise Hedrick, 40, of Lake Butler was arrested by Union deputies on March 14 for a probation violation.
Timmy Lamont Jenkins, 43 of Lake Butler was arrested by Union deputies on March 15 for an out-of-county warrant and resisting an officer.
Jonathan D. Lott, 25, was arrested by Union deputies on March 14 for lewd exhibition in view of a Department of Corrections employee.
John-Layton Angus-Daniel May, 20, of Lake Butler was arrested by Union deputies on March 17 for a probation violation.
Simon Lane Nettles, 22, of Lake Butler was arrested by Union deputies on March 18 for driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Matthew Edward Odom, 46, of Lulu was arrested by Union deputies on March 18 for burglary.
Albert Duston Smith, 27, of Lake Butler was arrested by Union deputies on March 15 for an out-of-county warrant.
Cody Smith, 28, was arrested by Union deputies on March 14 for smuggling contraband into a prison.
Claude Bryan West, 48, was arrested by Union deputies on March 18 for attaching a tag not assigned, possession of drugs, possession of drug equipment and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Teddy Charles Blevins, 33, was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone Heights on March 13 for vehicle theft.
Gary Edward Boyd, 41, was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone heights for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of a domestic violence injunction.
Erika Travonda Marie Davis, 20, was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone Heights on March 13 for possession of over 20 grams of marijuana.
Ollis Daniel McClendon, 25, was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone Heights on March 17 for trespassing.
Lisa Marie Shriver, 49, was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone Heights on March 18 for aggravated assault.
According to an arrest report, two victims were leaving the defendant’s home after a verbal dispute when the defendant fired a gun in the direction of the victims.
Dustin Dewitt Spaulding, 34, was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone Heights on March 18 for aggravated assault.
According to an arrest report, the defendant fired rounds into the ground to break up a fight in the parking lot at Madness at McGee’s. The defendant told deputies he fired the weapon because his wife was in danger due to the fight in progress.
