KEYSTONE HEIGHTS— Bradford deputies arrested a 38-year-old man after his neighbors accused him of banging on their doors and windows late at night, peering into their homes and exposing himself.

Christopher Seth Henderson of Keystone Heights was arrested by Bradford deputies on Sunday, May 5 for indecent exposure and loitering.

According to an arrest report, a Southeast 7th Avenue resident told Deputy Logan Hough that he saw the defendant walking through his back yard and attempting to get inside his gate.

“(The victim) stated he then went inside his home with his wife and locked the door fearing what Christopher may do,” wrote Hough in the report. “While inside the residence they continued watching Christopher and witnessed him pull his shorts down, exposing himself.”

The deputy wrote that he found Henderson walking away from the victim’s back yard.

“I asked Christopher what he was doing to which he stated that he was lost,” wrote the deputy.

Hough added that after discovering the defendant lived only a few houses away from the victim’s, he asked Henderson how he could be lost. The defendant had no answer.

The deputy added that Henderson had bloodshot and watery eyes, slurred speech and had a strong odor of alcohol emitting from his person.

Hough also wrote that he spoke to a neighbor who told him Henderson came to his house in the middle of the night two to three weeks ago, banging on his door.

“(The witness) stated that on May 5, at approximately (2 a.m.) Christopher again showed up at his residence” wrote Hough. “Christopher had a flashlight and was shining (it) into his windows, looking inside his residence. (The witness) then demanded Christopher leave his residence at once.”

The lawman added that Henderson did not take kindly to his arrest.

“While escorting Christopher to the holding cell,” Hough wrote, “he became very aggressive and stated: “I will remember your face when I get out of here.’”
