Union County 4-H is working with Bradford County 4-H to put on a variety of summer day camps for members. Some of the events will take place at the UF-IFAS Extension Center in Lake Butler, while others will be held at the UF-IFAS Extension Office in Starke. All of the planned activities have limited space and require pre-registration, with information available online at https://sites.google.com/ufl.edu/

Although the camps have already begun (by press time) there are still plenty of activities available for area youth.
On June 22, Camp Cake will be held at the Bradford Office from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. The camp is for ages 8-18, with a fee of $30.
June 27-30 will see the Shark Tank Entrepreneur Camp, which will be held at both offices. Times are 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. and the camp is for ages 11-13. The fee is $50.
Also held at both centers will be Ag Adventures Camp, on July 7, 2022 for youth ages 11-18. The camp will take place from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. with a fee of $25.
The Union County office will host the July 12 Blacksmithing Camp from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. for ages 11-18. The fee will be $50.
The Cloverbuddies Camp will be held at the Bradford Office on July 20, 2022 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. It is open to youth ages 5-7. The fee is $20.
The final camp of the summer will be held at the Union County Office and will be Paddle the River, for ages 11-18. The times are 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. and the fee is $20.
The camps are open to all kids of appropriate ages. Remember to register early to avoid missing out on a camp that has filled up early!
