KEYSTONE HEIGHTS—County Commissioner Betsy Condon and School Board Member Tina Bullock will face challengers in the Aug. 23 primary.
Bullock will face Michele Hanson for the District 4 school board seat. This is a county-wide race.
Dale Carter has qualified to challenge Condon for the District 4 county commission seat. Only voters residing in District 4 may vote in this race.
District 4 covers western Clay County from the Putnam County line in the south to Duval County in the north.
