Recent arrests in Bradford, Union and Clay

July 16 through July 22

The following individuals were arrested recently by local law enforcement officers in Bradford, Union or Clay (Keystone Heights-area) counties. All defendants are considered innocent until convicted in a court or until pleading guilty or no contest. Information in this report is from law enforcement agencies and court documents, which are public records.

Bradford

Kristy Nicole Alvarez, 34, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Bradford deputies on July 19 for conditional release violations.

Stacie Roxann Bentley, 47, of Lawtey was arrested by Starke police on July 19 for a probation violation.

Dylan Douglas Burns, 19, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on July 21 for sexual battery.

Anthony Kyan Carlo, 27, of Lawtey was arrested by Bradford deputies on July 18 for failure to appear.

Randy Eugene Dewolfee, 65, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on July 18 for battery.

Connie Shawn Easley, 46, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on July 18 for failure to appear.

Dalton Christopher Evans, 19, of Starke was arrested by Starke police on July 18 for disturbing the peace.

Lakwanzaa Shanice Griffin, 25, of Lake Butler was arrested by Bradford deputies on July 18 for battery.

Edwina C. Harris, 64, was arrested by Bradford deputies on July 18 for failure to appear.

Marcel Vashawn Henderson, 48, of Jacksonville was arrested by Starke police on July 19 for a probation violation.

Glenn Dale Magyari, 32, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on July 18 for probation violations.

Walker Jeems Thomas, 24, of Starke was arrested by Starke police on July 18 for DUI.

Kevin Richard Wimpy, 51, of Hampton was arrested by Bradford deputies on July 17 for battery.

Union

Crashed into children’s toys

Carol Wayne Parker, 71, of Lake Butler was arrested by state troopers on July 20 for DUI.

According to an FHP report, the defendant, in a silver Chevrolet Silverado was driving south on County Road 793 when she reached a dead end.

Parker then reversed the truck and drove into a ditch, colliding with children’s toys, including a scooter.

Arresting officer Jeffery Naeyaert wrote in an arrest report that while speaking with the defendant at the driver’s side door, he noticed the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from her person and breath.

“Ms. Parker’s speech was slurred and thick-tongued and eyes were blood-shot and watery,” he wrote. “I observed what appeared to be an alcoholic beverage bottle in a paper bag on the driver’s side floorboard.”

The trooper added that the defendant said she consumed an unknown amount of vodka and Bud Light beer prior to the crash.

“When asked on a scale of 1-10, 1 being sober and 10 being the drunkest she had ever been, Ms. Parker stated ‘a 10’, Naeyaert wrote. “When asked if she should have been driving, she stated ‘no’.”

Clay

Mahran Abuayyash, 36, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Clay deputies on July 16 for battery and vandalism.

Dustin Cyle Bridgman, 36, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Clay deputies on July 18 for driving a motorcycle without a license and without vehicle registration.

Michael Brent Ursrey, 40, of Starke was arrested by Clay deputies on July 17 for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, giving a false name to law enforcement and driving without a valid license.

William Tracy White, 54, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Clay deputies on July 20 for being a fugitive from justice.
