STARKE— The State Attorney’s Office dropped charges of sale of cocaine, possession with intent to sell cocaine and unlawful use of a two-way communications device against Jarvis Courtez Davis.
According to a Starke police arrest affidavit, on Jan. 26 Det. Hunter Redding supervised a controlled purchase of cocaine from the defendant to a confidential source at Orangewood Apartments.
Redding wrote that the transaction was videoed, however, the date and time stamps on the video were incorrect.
