Keystone Heights High School’s Tyler Griffin won the boys race at Interlachen’s Dwayne Cox Cross Country Invite on Sept. 20, while Olivia Griffin placed seventh for the Indians in the girls race.
Tyler Griffin came out on top of the 78-member boys field with a time of 18:45.
The boys race also saw Ryder Thomas run a 12th-place time of 21:18, while Jaden Park and Josiah Durrenberger finished 22nd and 25th, respectively, with times of 22:39 and 22:47.
Olivia Griffin ran a time of 25:41 in the 56-member girls race. Teammate Alexis Taylor placed 26th with a time of 31:03.
The girls team also had the following compete: Ella Hutchins (32:18), Kendall Gagnon (37:10) and Clara Beth Robinson (40:28).
