Bradford man gives wrong answer

STARKE— Bradford deputies arrested a Hampton woman after she asked her boyfriend how she looked in a dress, and she didn’t like his answer.
Priscilla Ann Lowe, 41, was arrested on Oct. 4 for domestic battery.
According to an arrest report, the defendant’s live-in boyfriend returned home while Lowe was cooking dinner.
Deputies wrote in the report that, “While cooking, Priscilla tried on a dress for a wedding party. (The victim) and Priscilla had a disagreement about how the dress looked on her. (The victim) stated: ‘Damn, you wearing that?’”
Lowe then picked up a knife and pointed it toward the boyfriend, who started to back away.
“Priscilla started punching and scratching him, then grabbing a pair of clippers and striking him in the right side of his face,” deputies wrote. “The marks left by the clippers coincided with the injuries to the right side of (the victim’s) face. (The victim) also had visible scratches on his chest.”
The boyfriend stopped the attack by grabbing Lowe by both arms and pushing her away. The defendant fell and struck her elbow on an unknown object. Both parties refused treatment by EMS at the scene.
