KHHS girls open soccer season with win, boys play on Nov. 10

Keystone Heights High School got two goals each from Ella Hutchins and Kiersten Shaw as the Class 3A Indians opened the girls soccer season with a 4-2 win against Class 4A Suwannee on Nov. 7 in Live Oak.

The Indians, who got 10 saves from Miranda Yow, will host Trenton at Twin Lakes Park on Thursday, Nov. 10, at 4 p.m. Keystone then plays road matches against Jacksonville Christ’s Church Academy on Monday, Nov. 14, at 5:30 p.m., Crescent City on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. and Clay on Wednesday, Nov. 16, at 7:30 p.m.

Keystone opens the boys season on Thursday, Nov. 10. Like the girls team, the Indians will play Trenton at Twin Lakes Park at 4 p.m.

The boys team will play at Christ’s Church Academy on Monday, Nov. 14, at 7:20 p.m.
