Members of the congregation of Harmony Free Will Baptist Church gathered to celebrate spring and let their little ones get a chance to get together and enjoy the day.  Children’s Pastor Steven Etchison and his helpers put together 77 bags of candy and were surprised at the turnout when they gave out the last bag and there were still kids waiting.  In addition to all the little ones, 30 or more of their family members came to the event as well, but they seemed more interested in the fish fry taking place after the kids had their turn.

Michael Dukes, Doug Peeler, James Roy Stalnaker and Pastor Bob Brown prepared a huge lunch buffet composed of fresh fried fish, French fries, corn dogs and amazing hushpuppies.  All the fixing were laid out as well.  The dessert table made up for the shortage of candy, with cakes, cookies and other seasonal goodies in abundance.  The food for the event was provided by the church.

Latoya Hampton, Maliana Hampton, Jace Hampton and Malia Hampton all seem to be enjoying their time with the Easter Bunny.

The Easter Bunny has human grandparents and Bill and Gerri Lennon were on hand to see him do his job.
Zach and Alli Sweat brought their two little ones to the event. Baby Cassidy was a little nervous about the Easter Bunny and seemed to feel the same about the photographer – big sister Charlotte had not problem and treated him with a big smile.
