A Bradford County man protested to deputies following complaints by his neighbors that he had been urinating in his driveway, telling the officers: “I have been peeing in my yard for 20 years.”
Bradford deputies arrested James Daniel Dean, 50, of Starke on September 23 for the April 24 offenses of indecent exposure, aggravated assault, and disorderly conduct.
According to court papers, the neighbors told deputies that Dean “has been purposely walking out to the edge of his driveway and exposing his genitals and urinating in front of them.” The victims showed videos to deputies of Dean’s alleged behavior. In addition, one video showed the defendant pointing what appeared to be a rifle toward the couple’s home. Dean admitted pointing a pellet gun toward the house but added: “I have bad eyesight and was just using the scope to look over there.”
