Community State Bank is foreclosing on buildings occupied by the Great Outdoors Restaurant and the Pink Flamingo Diner in High Springs.
The Independent Florida Alligator, which first reported the foreclosure, said the bank is suing Dae Jung Kim, Radiant Life Ecoville LLC, High Springs Ecoville LLC, and Springs Life LLC as borrowers of a $2 million commercial promissory note dated March 18, 2021.
The newspaper added that the diner is also being sued by a former employee who claims the Pink Flamingo demoted and fired her after she reported to the state that an unlicensed contractor performed work at the diner.
