Bradford deputies arrested a 36-year-old Gainesville man after he tried to break into a County Road 229 residence while making animal noises and gestures with his hands according to the victim.
Bryce Daryl Bolinger was arrested for burglary, loitering, and threatening a public servant.
According to an arrest report, the victim told 911 operators that a tattooed, barefooted man in a tank top and shorts was trying to break into her Pleasant Grove-area house. “(The victim) stated that he was trying to break into the back door while screaming and telling (the victim) to open the door and let him in,” wrote deputies in the report. “(The victim) asked Bryce to get off her property multiple times, (the victim) stated that Bryce was making animal-like noises and animal-like hand gestures towards the door.” Deputies found the defendant on the victim’s porch and said he later threatened one officer.
