Bank takes possession of Huddle House

DLP Bank, formally known as Community State Bank, took possession of Starke’s Huddle House restaurant following a foreclosure in which the former owner defaulted on $397,260 in loans.

According to court papers, the bank loaned TNT 314, LLC $328,000 in January 2020, with Timothy L. Guest guaranteeing the debt. TNT took out a $50,000 commercial line of credit with the bank the following April.

In February 2023, TNT defaulted on the loans and the bank filed a foreclosure lawsuit the following month.
