Half of new subdivision sold out

LAKE BUTLER—According to county records, over half of the 19 lots in a northeast Union County subdivision platted in October have sold.

PVFLLP, LLC created Pineview Ranch north of County Road 125 and east of State Road 121 on October 17.

The limited liability company, managed by Atlantic Land & Lakes Management LLC in Sarasota, divided the 192-plus acres into lots of around 10 acres each.

The single-family home subdivision is bordered by Northeast 260th Loop to the north, Northeast 269th Lane to the northeast and east, and Northeast 271st Avenue to the southwest, all county-maintained graded roads.

Joseph and Sheila Williams of Jacksonville purchased a 12-acre lot for $139,900 on November 10,

Kirit and Nutan Patidar of Jacksonville bought a 10-acre parcel on September 5 for $109,900,

Kary T. Pham of Homestead purchased a 10-acre lot on November 3 for 74,900, 

Nickerson Soulouque and Carmelle Kimberly Cime of Thiells, New York, bought a 10-acre lot on November 3 for $69,900,

Stephen and Shandell Yearwood of Riverview obtained their 10-acre lot on November 3 for $72,900,

Mauricio and Yareida Cabezas of Miami bought a 10-acre lot on November 3 for $94,900,

Karthikeyan Selvaraj and Laavanya Natesan of Tampa purchased a 10-acre lot on November 3 for $84,900,

Sioban McDermott of Indialantic bought a 10-acre parcel on November 3 for $79,900,

John F. Wetzel of St. Cloud bought a 10-acre lot on November 3 for $77,900,

April M. Stanford of Orlando bought a 10-acre lot on November 3 for $94,900, and

Arturo Sosa and Martha Osorio of Tamarac purchased a 10-acre lot on November 1 for $72,900,

PVFLLP bought the 192-acre tract from Weyerhaeuser on September 5 for $2,858 an acre. It is now selling the lots for between $6,990 and $11,658 an acre.

All 11 sales were recorded in county records on or before November 11, within a month of the neighborhood’s creation, and no mortgages have been recorded on any of the lots.
