Keystone Heights High School got three consecutive extra-base, run-scoring hits in a five-run third inning in defeating visiting Santa Fe 10-3 in a Feb. 22 baseball game.
Brady Kerlin and Alex Addington hit back-to-back RBI doubles before Connor Guy hit an RBI triple as the Indians built a 5-2 lead.
The three players finished with one RBI each, as did Austin Smith.
Kerlin and Addington went 2 for 3 and 2 for 4, respectively.
Starting pitcher Ben Goforth gave up three runs (one earned) on one hit through four innings.
Gage Barry threw the final three innings, giving up no hits and striking out five.
Keystone (1-1) entered the game off a season-opening 7-3 loss at Clay on Feb. 20.
Andru Siemer went 2 for 2, but the rest of the team combined to get just one hit.
Austin Musgrove drove in two runs, while Guy drove in one.
Musgrove started on the mound, giving up no runs and two hits through four innings.
The Indians travel to play North Marion on Tuesday, Feb. 27, at 6:30 p.m. and will host Interlachen on Thursday, Feb. 29, at 7 p.m. Keystone then travels to play Williston on Tuesday, March 5, at 7 p.m.
