Keystone Heights High School’s boys and girls 4x400m relay teams each placed seventh as the Indians had a total of 5 top-10 finishes at the 10th annual Craig Speziale Memorial Track and Field Invitational on March 2 at Ponte Vedra High School.
Jaden Park, Tyler Griffin, Tyler Sapp and Ryeland Wahl teamed up to run 3:46 in the boys 4x400m, while the girls team of Cali Chamberlain, Christine DJavaheri, Kaylee Park and Olivia Griffin ran a time of 4:34.
The boys 4x800m relay team of Hunter Sheppard, Ryder Thomas, Wahl and Griffin placed eighth with a time of 9:22, while Park was 10th in the boys long jump with a distance of 17-8.25.
Griffin ran a ninth-place time of 2:33 in the girls 800m. The girls team also got a 10th-place finish from Park, who had a distance of 13-11 in the long jump.
Keystone also had the following girls results: 100m — Laila Briseno 14.98, Kenslee Phillips 15.48, Jasmine Walls 16.54; 200m — Park 28.64, DJavaheri 30.35, Walls 34.63; and 400m — Chamberlain 1:08, Phillips 1:11, Brook Graudons 1:15.
Other boys results were: 100m — Park 12.08, Josiah Durrenberger 12.31, De’Shawn Williams 14.13; 200m — Williams 28.81, Taylor Rozier 34.2; 400m — Sapp 56.92, Durrenberger 57.0, Luke Lewis 1:06; 800m — Griffin 2:12, Wahl 2:17; 1600m — Sheppard 5:25; 3200m — Thomas 10:53; discus — Ricardo Rosario 62-7.5; and shot put — Rosario 30-3.5.
