Bradford County Sheriff Gordon Smith delivered opening remarks, thanking parents, guardians, grandparents, aunts and uncles for their support of their children and the atletics they play. “That makes a difference in their life,” Smith said. “That’s what’s important. their life. That’s what’s important. That’s what makes the difference in Bradford County.”
