Osborne running for reelection

The following in an announcement of intention to seek public office paid for by the candidate.
I, Deborah K. Osborne, announce my candidacy for the office of supervisor of elections for Union County.
It has been my honor and privilege to serve as your supervisor of elections for the past 17 years.
I have been married to Robert Osborne for 39 years. We have three children Angie Osborne, Shane Goldie and Dana Osborne; two granddaughters, Kayla Osborne and Brooke Goldie; and one great-granddaughter, Rylie Osborne.
I served as assistant supervisor for almost 20 years under Mrs. Babs Montpetit. After the tragic death of Mrs. Babs, I was appointed by the governor to finish her term and then ran in 2008 to continue as supervisor of elections.
I feel very blessed to serve the voters of Union County.
I have always been here for the people of our county and will continue to do so.
I am announcing my candidacy to continue as your Supervisor of Elections and serve the people of Union County with honor and integrity.
Candidates may submit an announcement and photograph to run one time for $50. The deadline to submit announcements is Monday, June 17, at 5 p.m. Email announcements to [email protected] and make arrangements to pay prior to publication.
