Recent Bradford High School graduate Teagan Bradley (left) received a $1,000 Bradford Village Scholarship, presented by Bruce and Peggy Williams. The scholarship was created in honor of Bruce Williams’ father, Joe, who owned and managed Bradford Village Apartments across from BHS from 1974 to 1991. Teagan, who is pictured with Bruce Williams, can receive an additional $500 if she takes 12 credit hours her first semester and maintains at least a 2.3 GPA.
