Om Shree Jalaram Inc., and Dhansukhbahi and Rekha Patel bought Lawtey’s Budget Inn for $475,000 from Asha09 LLC. and Suresh and Asha Shukla.
The four buildings, just under 9,500 square feet, and two parcels totaling less than one acre, are at the southwest corner of U.S. 301 and County Road 125 in Lawtey.
The buying entity’s officers for the property’s commercial portion are Piyush Patel and Chaitalibahen Patel. The motel previously sold for $375,000 in 2005.
