On July 20, Starke came together for an empowering event known as Beauty, Brains & Brunch. This

Glenda Faye Johnson Ruise was honored as the Most Inspirational Mentor for her pivotal role in the life of Elijah Cohen, guiding and supporting him since his ninth-grade year.
Additionally, Janice Mortimer received the MVP Award for her unwavering dedication and encouragement, solidifying her status as the community’s biggest supporter.
