The Florida Highway Patrol said it is looking for a driver who hit a Keystone Heights pedestrian on Saturday, September 7.
According to an agency news release, the 37-year-old victim was walking along State Road 100 near Lakeview Drive around 10:45 p.m. when she was struck.
FHP added that there were no witnesses to the crash, and the victim could not describe the vehicle.
Clay County Fire Rescue took the victim to UF Health Shands in Gainesville with serious injuries.
FHP said the driver of the vehicle continued west on State Road 100 after hitting the woman.
