Aaron Wiley scored two goals for the Keystone Heights High School boys soccer team, which tied 3-3 against visiting Clay in the Indians’ regular-season finale on Jan. 17.
Trenton Noble had a goal as well, while the Indians got one assist each from Wiley and Luke Brunt.
Keystone (11-5-3) went 1-0-1 in its previous two matches.
On Jan. 15, the Indians got three goals from Sammy Wacha in a 9-1 win against District 4-3A opponent North Marion in Citra.
Brunt and Wiley each had two goals, while Noble and Ryder Thomas each added one.
The team got three assists from Brunt and one each from Noble, Thomas and Wiley.
Keystone traveled to play Episcopal on Jan. 16, with the teams finishing in a 2-2 tie.
The Indians trailed 1-0 at the half, but took a 2-1 lead in the second half before the host Eagles evened it up.
Brunt and Wiley each had a goal, with Brunt scoring his on a penalty kick.
Noah Jaramillo had an assist.
Keystone is the second seed in the District 4 tournament, which will begin Thursday, Jan. 23, at Santa Fe High School. The Indians have a first-round bye and will play third seed Eastside or sixth seed Interlachen in a semifinal match on Tuesday, Jan. 28, at 5:30 p.m. If Keystone wins that match, it will play top seed Santa Fe, fourth seed North Marion or fifth seed Palatka for the championship on Thursday, Jan. 30, at 7:30 p.m.
