The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said it arrested a Bradford County man on July 15 after finding 100 files on his device of child sexual abuse and bestiality.
FDLE said its agents arrested Roby Emory Catrett, Jr., 56, of Starke, on 13 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and one count of unlawful use of a two-way communication device.
“This arrest is the result of FDLE’s statewide initiative to locate and arrest criminals targeting children and sharing files depicting the sexual abuse of children,” the agency said in a news release.
FDLE said its investigation began in May when agents received multiple Internet Crimes Against Children cybertips from an electronic service provider about an account user uploading and sharing multiple files depicting the sexual abuse of children.
