ALL on-site personnel are required to submit the FDC Background Check form (NCIC-FCIC Request form, found on our website) to the Construction Manager, which will then be submitted to each individual C.I.’s warden for approval. Applicants won’t be authorized to visit the jobsite until they’ve been approved. Previous FDC authorization is not valid for these projects.

The Owner is not a party to any and all solicitations and submitted quotations or bid proposals which are made to the Construction Manager. Nothing in the bid documents, either expressed or implied, enjoins Owner as a party to the receipt, review or award of bids received by Construction Manager. Award of each trade contract shall be based solely on the best interests of the Project as determined by Construction Manager.
