
Residents of Lake Geneva Estates in Bradford County have been displaced following a fire that broke out in their apartment.
The incident occurred at 651 Southeast 26th Street around 6:30 p.m. on Monday, October 20th, as reported by Bradford County Fire Rescue.
There were no injuries to people or pets, and no one was home at the time of the fire. However, the residents who live there part-time are now left displaced.
According to Bradford County Fire Chief Ben Carter, the fire was caused by faulty wiring in the air conditioning unit. Clay County Fire Rescue assisted at the scene, and the fire was extinguished quickly.
