Tried to evade trespass warning

Lindsey Scott Frisk, 41, of Keystone Heights, was arrested by Clay deputies on December 1 for trespassing in an occupied structure or conveyance.

According to the arrest warrant affidavit, Frisk was issued a trespass warning from the BP at 6262 County Road 214 on February 8, 2025, after he harassed customers and threatened an employee.

On the night of April 2, 2025, a clerk recognized the defendant outside the store, even though he was wearing a black mask, because of prior encounters. Surveillance video and witness statements show Frisk loitering outside the store around 11:15 p.m.

Instead of entering himself, the defendant handed his debit card to two customers and asked them to buy items for him, telling them he was not allowed inside because he had been trespassed.

One customer, after being warned by the clerk that Frisk was banned, told the cashier he had recognized him. Frisk reportedly acknowledged the trespass warning, then began telling the customer that he was “the next messiah” before leaving on an orange electric scooter.

The clerk and both customers later positively identified Frisk in separate photo lineups.

Deputies located Frisk on December 1 and took him into custody without incident.

Roger Lee Hartley, 60, of Keystone Heights, was arrested by Clay deputies on November 29 for a writ of attachment.

Patrick Earl Herring, 35, of Keystone Heights, was arrested by Clay deputies on November 29 for DUI.
