Bradford deputies arrested a 39-year-old Starke man on four felonies out of St. Johns County, accusing him of soliciting the guardian of a child to allow the child to participate in sexual conduct.
Roger Curtis Crews was arrested just before noon on Tuesday, June 16 for an out-of-county warrant.
The warrant lists two counts of soliciting, luring, or enticing, or attempting to solicit, lure, or entice a parent, legal guardian, or custodian of a child or a person believed to be a parent, legal guardian, or custodian of a child to consent to the participation of such child…in sexual conduct.
The warrant also lists two counts of using a two-way communications device to facilitate a felony.
