Randall Smith, 37, was arrested by Union deputies on July 4 for domestic battery by strangulation, two counts of false imprisonment of an adult and six counts of false imprisonment of a child under 13.
According to an arrest report, deputies responded to a residence in reference to a disturbance. When Deputy James Chris Griffis and Sgt.
