Child porn offender: He knew it was wrong but couldn’t contain himself.

Flournoy

The 2026 arrest was not Flournoy’s first brush with probation trouble. During a group sex offender treatment session in November 2023, he told the group he had borrowed a co-worker’s cellphone to view pornography while at work at McHenry’s Sports Pub in Keystone Heights, where he was then general manager, according to a Department of Corrections violation report.

When a probation officer questioned him, Flournoy immediately admitted to the violation, the report states. “He began apologizing and stated he knew it was wrong but couldn’t contain himself,” the officer wrote, adding that Flournoy said he needed help. The officer requested an arrest warrant but recommended a modified sentence of 30 days in jail, continued treatment, electronic monitoring and polygraph exams, noting Flournoy had no prior violations and was stably employed.
