The formal administration of the estate of Kenneth D. Hall who died on August 13, 2026, is pending in the Circuit Court of Bradford County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 945 N. Temple Avenue, Starke, FL 32091. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the Decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this Notice is required to be served must file their claims with this COURT WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.

The project is located in Bradford County, Section 21, Township 6 South, Range 22 East, and includes a total project area of 3.38-acres.
