KEYSTONE HEIGHTS—The Keystone Heights Airport celebrated its 80th anniversary Saturday with exhibits, vendors, and tours.
The U.S. Army Air Corps established the facility in 1942 to support Camp Blanding and to host a reconnaissance school.
After the war, the federal government turned the facility over to the City of Keystone Heights.
