The Starke shopping center that houses Aldi and Tractor Supply has changed hands from a Los Angeles-based owner to one in South Florida.
Starke Walnut LLC conveyed the two parcels totaling around 18 acres to RG Starke Holdings LLC of Miami on May 14 for $7.9 million.
The properties last sold in 1995 for $4.5 million and are valued at $4 million by the county’s property appraiser.
