STARKE— Over 50 people lined up outside Nicky’s Beauty Bar for the business’s grand re-opening on Saturday Oct. 23.
The event included door prizes, drawings, food and other give-a-ways.
Co-owner Lorie Riley said the business started out six years ago exclusively as a nail salon.
“We now have all beauty services,” she said, “plus the blend bar. You come in, you pick your fragrance, and see all the ingredients that are going into your skin care.”
Riley added that the ingredients in the blend bar are all-natural, vegan and paraffin free.
Riley said the bar’s additional services include facials, lashes, makeup and hair.
Nicky’s Beauty Bar’s other co-owners are Ashley Jones and Riley’s daughter Nicky Day.
