Tinsley Higginbotham hit a double, but that was one of just two hits for the Bradford High School softball team, which lost 10-0 to host Baldwin on March 8.

It was the second straight game in which the Tornadoes (1-5) were held to two hits. On March 7, Bradford was defeated 16-2 in five innings by host Middleburg.

Bradford took a 2-0 lead in the top of the first on a two-run homer by Addyson Hinds.

Starting pitcher Rylie Blankenship held Middleburg to one hit through the first two innings, but the Broncos had five in the third, scoring six runs to take a 6-2 lead.

The Tornadoes are set to host four games in a row: Interlachen on Tuesday, March 18, at 7 p.m., Bishop Snyder on Thursday, March 14, at 7 p.m., Branford on Monday, March 18, at 7 p.m. and Orange Park on Wednesday, March 20, at 6 p.m.
