Bradford High School’s softball team fell behind 13-0 in an eventual 21-8 loss to visiting Baldwin on April 22.
Baldwin (21-1), which entered the game third in the Florida High School Athletic Association’s Class 3A power poll, went up 2-0 in the first and then scored 11 runs in the second. Three runs came on three home runs, while the Indians also took advantage of four doubles, a single, a bases-loaded walk and an error.
Addyson Hinds hit a two-run single as part of a three-run third for the Tornadoes and finished with three RBI overall.
Keegan Yowell had two RBI, while Summer Sutton had one.
Rylie Blankenship went 2 for 3.
Bradford (7-14) hosts Suwannee on Tuesday, April 23, at 7 p.m. and will travel to play Branford on Thursday, April 25, at 7 p.m.
