Bradford High School’s Sarah Rantz and Cody Spratlin didn’t earn automatic berths, but did receive at-large bids to continue their golf seasons at the regional level after their district-tournament performances.
Spratlin competed in the Region 1-1A boys tournament on Nov. 4 at Jacksonville Beach Golf Club. He made par on nine holes and shot an 18-hole score of 85, which placed him 35th out of 72. Spratlin was the fifth-best golfer from a public school.
Rantz will participate in the Region 1-1A girls tournament on Wednesday, Nov. 6, at Tallahassee’s Golden Eagle Golf and Country Club.
