Bradford High School had seven cross-country athletes participate in the Sept. 6 Middleburg Bronco Classic, with Steven Carter and Anna Adkins leading the boys and girls teams.
Carter ran a time of 20:43 in placing 108th out of 214 in the boys race, which also included the following BHS runners: Kayden Lee 24:37, Liam Reeves 24:38 and Kolson Lee 26:20.
Three from Bradford ran in the girls race, which consisted of 150 runners. Adkins led the Tornadoes with a 110th-place time of 27:31, while Mia Olesen and Kayleigh Dyal had times of 30:02 and 31:00, respectively.
Bradford will compete in Keystone Heights High School’s Indian Invite, which will start at 7 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 13, at Trinity Youth Camp (7996 County Line Road, Melrose).
