Bradford and Union counties are invited to take a survey on local health needs

Bradford and Union County residents, health-related professionals, businesses, and faith- and community-based organizations, are invited to take a brief survey to prioritize the region’s most pressing health issues. WellFlorida Council, the local health council and nonprofit consultant for health causes, is conducting the Community Health Survey in Bradford and Union counties.

The survey is open from Feb. 14 through March 31, 2026. It is anonymous, quick to complete and is available in English and Spanish.

Community members can take the survey at wellfl.info/ResidentBU.

Providers and Community Partners can take the survey at wellfl.info/ProviderBU.

Survey results, along with local health data, will be used to develop a Community Health Needs Assessment. The report, to be released in Summer 2026, will identify and prioritize the most pressing health issues in the region, guide planning initiatives and serve as a resource for improving the health of all people in Bradford and Union counties.
