Members of the Bradford Senior and Bradford Middle FFA chapters attended the Chapter President’s Conference in Kissimmee on Sept. 1-2.
In attendance were Bradford Senior Chapter President Hailey Griffis, Bradford Senior Vice President William Lilly and Bradford Middle members Shawn Ward and Shelby Starling.
At the conference, members learned to “unlock” their voices as leaders to share the message of agriculture with members and supporters of Bradford’s chapters
The Chapter President’s Conference is the first part of the leadership continuum in Florida FFA’s leadership series. Members will next attend Chapter Officer Leadership training on Tuesday, Sept. 22.
“CPC was such a fun experience and an amazing opportunity to grow and strengthen my leadership skills,” Griffis said. “I made new friends who taught me new ways to look at situations and gave me fresh ideas for the upcoming year. You all better watch out because we have some fun and exciting ideas coming your way that will help us connect with and reach our community.
“I am so excited to see what this year has in store for our FFA chapter.”
